Just some pictures of the kids I took outside playing a few days ago. It was a beautiful, but breezy day, so we spent some quality time out in the yard. Bit Bit would live outside if we let her. She has LOVED it since she was a newborn. And Luke seems to really enjoy it too! I am really looking forward to spring time weather and getting to spend lots of time at the park or in the yard. Fun fun!The pictures at the top of the blog are my favorites. I had the kids bundled up in their red wagon, which they both love, and we took a ride to the end of the road and back. Both Mary Lindsey and Luke were belly laughing at eachother. I LOVE how much they love eachother. All of the hard work over these past few months seems so worth it when I watch them in moments just like these captured above. Luke adores his big sister. You can watch him follow her with his eyes and his whole face lights up. He laughs at her more than anyone else. And she can get a smile out of him in a second. And Bit Bit is so protective over him. We call her little Mama because she takes such good care of him. She LOVES to make him smile and laugh. She is so proud of herself when she does.
I love to see them so happy together and genuinely enjoying eachother's company. I know they will argue and fight in the months and years to come, but I hope they always enjoy eachother's company the way they do now. There is nothing like a sibling...I know I am blessed to have the sister I have!
